Background app
Background app allows a light touch Localz integration into your mobile ecosystem, enabling real-time location tracking with minimal to no development efforts. Once installed it will run in the background without requiring further interactions from the operative.
Privacy of our users is of the utmost importance, and location tracking is only enabled when there is an active job, and automatically turned off when job is no longer active.
ChatMyWay module can be enabled as part of the Background App, allowing 2-way communication between the customer and the operative on the day of service, and at the same time captures location data when the operative is on a job.
Background App solution is only available on Android for Field Service and Delivery use cases.
White label Operative app
White label operative app is a production-ready, configurable operative app that provides everything required for the full Localz customer experience. This solution is suited for companies who do not have an existing operative app, or are looking to replace their existing mobile app.

SDK in your app
This solution provides the least development effort for an integrated experience. You have the choice of integrating the Localz Background SDK or leveraging our fine-tuned app, including real-time location tracking alongside battery optimisation features and much more.
For a more fully featured SDK, you can use our Localz Operative SDK. This option allows the app to query the different kinds of job related data on Localz platform, including offline support, Proof of Delivery, media capture and upload, vehicle checking and more.
Additional to the above, we have ChatMyWay UI Kit SDK for Android and iOS to quickly integrate 3-way communication in your apps.
